Bob Romano has more than 22 years of experience in residential community real estate sales and marketing. As EVP, Business Development, Bob is Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors' authority on development and training, offering unparalleled perspectives for valued partners and clients. A number of his skills expanded from his early beginnings as a former executive with Ryland Homes and UDC Homes.
Bob's vast industry knowledge, management skills, and analytical virtuosity have garnered measurable results for prominent developer clients. Bob has proven that sales training is the key to success. He created Coldwell Banker Builder Developer Service's sales program, sharing his breadth of experience in every residential development product category. He has also served on architectural committees, created long-range strategic plans for Atlanta's premier developers, managed lot sales, and served as an instructor in the Agent Training Program. A promoter of leading edge technology, Bob is technically astute and strives to provide the most effective sales monitoring and reporting methods available to our clients.
Bob is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and a life member of the National Association of Home Builders' Million Dollar Circle. He is a committee member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, which honored him as Sales Manager of the Year (1999). He is also a Board Member of HomeAid Atlanta. Bob holds a BA in marketing from Florida State University.
