Long known as a supporter for charities and efforts benefiting children; I am a 1993 recipient of the Fifty of Atlanta's Finest Award on behalf of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a former juvenile court appointed special advocate (CASA), regular contributor to Noah's Ark sanctuary serving 24 foster children and 1000 animals, Covenant House /NYC and Boys Town U.S.A. I also support Gateway Center, a multi-purpose development facility for homeless persons.
