Experience

I am a native Georgian and a 1993 graduate of The University of Georgia with a Major in Housing and Consumer Economics. In addition to my degree, I earned my Real Estate License soon after graduation and continued to pursue a Real Estate Career working with leading developers of Multi-family housing, Condo/Townhouse Conversions, as well as 5-Star Luxurious High-Rise Residences. Since 1998, I have concentrated my career on in-town living within Metro Atlanta. I started my career at Coldwell Banker with NRT Development Advisors in 2003 and quickly rose to the level of Sales Manager. I have successfully managed such success stories as The Buckhead Grand and 10 Terminus Place in Buckhead; two of Atlanta’s premiere residential high-rises. In addition, my sales team members are consistently among the Top Ten Agents in the Company and in 2010 were named in the Top 1% of Coldwell Banker Agents Nationwide. I personally was named the #1 New Home Sales Agent in 2010 for the Atlanta Board of Realtors.

I am also an active member of the Greater Atlanta Board of Realtors as well as the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association Sales & Marketing Council; both of which allow me to increase my knowledge within the industry so to provide you with a superior skill level and expertise.
