Selling Your Home
When you put your home on the market, you want a Realtor who will show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing.

Perhaps just as importantly in today's competitive and digital market, you want someone who will aggressively market your home. Every real estate agent hosts open houses, posts photos of your house on the internet and social media. I put together the highest quality videos, use only the most professional photos and produce top-notch, glossy brochures, fliers and postcards.

The House I Grew Up In
My memories of childhood center around the house my five siblings and I grew up in back in Southern Pines, N.C. -- a two-story, yellow-painted home located so close to the railroad tracks that our bedroom windows would rattle every time a train came through our little town. My parents eventually downsized after the six of us were out of the house, but I have a framed photo of that wonderful home -- complete with rocking chairs and a swing on the front porch -- that hangs on my living room wall today.

When I go back home to visit, I like to drive by that old house, now occupied by strangers. I smile when I think of all the memories, all the significant moments and events that took place under that roof. It reminds me that a house is indeed much more than just a house.
