I take a quantum leap further with my marketing strategy by shooting true HD video of properties to advertise my listings. I double as an agent and professional photographer/videographer, to create striking, beautiful high-quality video of my sellers’ properties. I edit the footage to create original marketing content to increase the appeal of each home. I also offer an arsenal of exceptional equipment and editing capabilities to every customer, including high-caliber drone clips. I’m fully aware that home buyers are “buying” their location, so my custom property videos also feature nearby attractions such as quality dining, shopping and entertainment. By informing potential buyers in this way, I usually receive stronger offers for my sellers. My home showings get great turnouts because they are like block parties! I often partner with a specialty vendor (look out for a food truck!) to share the best local flavors and complement the house.

I love developing unique marketing strategies to bolster my sales utilizing Coldwell Banker Realty’s global reach. Through this partnership, I can reach the largest-possible pool of buyers, giving my sellers’ listings far more online exposure than other agents or brokerages. Over the years, I’ve also conjured up some technical tricks to drive web traffic from hundreds of websites to my clients’ property videos. You’ll have a web presence like no other! On top of that, I’ve developed a unique way to determine the true “fair market value” of my sellers’ homes, prior to listing, to ensure accuracy within an average of 2%. I’ve found this tactical approach often leads to multiple offers and sales at high profit margins for my sellers.

I go above and beyond to consistently provide exemplary service to my buyers and sellers. I take pride in being flexible while assisting clients and am available for consult almost anytime, with a response time within one hour or less. I have even been known to cut grass, pressure wash driveways, clean pools, physically assist with packing or arrange out-of-state deliveries. Client support has always been my number one priority, but my eyes were opened after reading a business book called “Raving Fans.” Now, I never want customers to merely be satisfied after our transaction, but rather my goal is to have a Raving Fan.

I’ve managed hundreds of sales and have a successful track record of negotiating wisely for my clients. I also vet potential buyers to assess their likelihood of obtaining financing to ensure a smooth closing for my sellers. As a dedicated, resourceful agent, I’m determined to do everything in my power to serve my buyers’ and sellers’ needs. Over the past decade, I’m humbled to have achieved membership into the prestigious Coldwell Banker® International Diamond Society and the North Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club.

I lived in Covington for over 25 years and have served the neighboring counties of Gwinnett, Henry, Newton, Rockdale and Spalding, focusing on single-family home sales. Recently, I made the move to the historic town of Griffin, so I’m eager to further establish myself throughout that community.

I have been married to my wife for over 25 years, and we share a passion for nature, animals and native plants. I’m a huge lover of Mid-Century Modern architecture and am also guilty of being a "Motörhead.” Since the mid-1980s, I’ve curated a collection of highly modified foreign cars.
