Take the Following "Pro-Active Approach" to Get Your Home Sold

Here is what you can expect from me as your Agent:
1. Submit your home to First Multiple Listing Service and Metro Listing Service
2. Submit your home on over 900 websites, including coldwellbankeratlanta.com, coldwellbanker.com, and realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia
3. Prospect daily looking for potential buyers
4. Provide a dedicated 800 Information Line for your home, which is marketed 24 hours a day and captures phone numbers directed to my cell phone
5. Contact my buyer leads and prospective buyers by phone and email
6. Promote your home at our Coldwell Banker sales meeting
7. When possible, have the cooperating Professional Evaluation Team in the area to tour your home and have them give us their professional opinion/feedback
8. Follow up on the salespeople who have shown your home for their feedback and response
9. Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace
10. Suggest and advise changes you may want to make in your home to make it more saleable
11. Whenever possible, pre-qualify the prospective buyers through Coldwell Banker Home Loans
12. I will negotiate the best possible price and terms on all offers presented
13. Handle all follow-up regarding a contract being accepted, all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures
14. Make sure all deadlines are met
15. Negotiate inspection and get quotes on items that are requested
16. Schedule a closing date and time that is convenient for all parties
17. Do my utmost to ensure that you have received and review your closing statement prior to closing
