I am Greg Allen, born in Carrollton, GA and spent my early years in Duluth, GA before moving to Barrow County in the late 1970s. I graduated from Winder Barrow High School in 1978 and soon after, married my high school sweetheart Monica in 1979. Together, we raised two daughters, Cynthia and Jenifer.

My Career started in restaurant management and worked in the industry for over 10 years, gaining valuable experience in business operations and customer service. In the early 1990s, I ventured into entrepreneurship and successfully started a waste hauling business, which was later sold.

In 2002, I pursued my passion for real estate and obtained my real estate license. Then I joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Johns Creek a few years later as an Associate broker and quickly established myself as a skilled negotiator and a dedicated professional. My commitment to excellence and ability to connect with clients earned me numerous awards for home selling from the local board of Realtors.

Apart from my professional achievements, I am known for my philanthropic efforts. I actively volunteers for the Cares Foundation, a charity that supports children at St. Jude's Hospital, as well as Back Pack Buddies, an organization that provides meals to young children in need when they are not in school.

Outside of work and volunteering, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my two grandchildren, Connor and Abigail. I have a passion for riding motorcycles and working in the yard. However, my true joy comes from helping people find their dream homes and making a positive impact in his community through my real estate expertise and charitable endeavors.
