EXPERIENCE

After 17 years in real estate including three years as a managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Duluth Office, Paul is well positioned to counsel his clients through all the opportunities and challenges in the market today. He has in-depth knowledge in all facets of real estate transactions from buying & selling to investing and negotiating short sales and foreclosures. His sole objective is to educate his clients with key market information so they can make the best decisions to accomplish their goals in their real estate transaction.

I work at your pace and/or timeline, but with a strong focus on the goals you are trying to achieve. I will advise you in all negotiations and help you negotiate from a position of strength. I anticipate what the next moves may be made from any potential buyer or seller, so we will know how to approach any issues.

Communication will be critical and I make it a point to over communicate keeping you at the center of the information flow throughout the transaction.
