About Pat:

Pat began her real estate career in 1985 with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a sales associate in the Peachtree Corners Office. In 1994, Pat assumed the position of Managing Broker in the Peachtree Corners Office and later moved to the same position in the East Cobb Office in 1998. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montevallo and a Master Degree in Business Education from Georgia State University.

Pat actively represents home builders in golf course communities like St. Marlo, St. Ives, and Edinburgh. Other new home subdivisions include The Renaissance,  The Parc, and Winthrop Park.
