BACKGROUND
I attended Georgia State graduated from Gordon College with a degree in business. I'm an Army brat, born in Germany, but I have lived in Georgia most of my life with stints in North Carolina and South Carolina. My kids started school in the North Fulton School System, but we recently moved to the West Forsyth area. They are active in cross country, lacrosse and boy scouts. For fun, I love running and have participated in a few half marathons and hope to run my first full this year!
My personal philosophy is "Sometimes you have to make your own Sunshine"! I enjoy selling real estate because I get the opportunity to meet people I never would have been able to meet, and I get to help them make their dreams come true!

Business Philosophy
It is my belief that a real estate agent should be knowledgeable about the community he/she is selling, and buyers who are relocating need an agent who can give them information about the community so they can make a better decision when they purchase a home.
I have held many volunteer positions that enriched the life of my family - these positions helped make me a better agent and one who is able to help my clients connect with the community.
Many buyers don't understand the purchasing process and the benefit of hiring an agent. The new era of financial hurdles can make the buying process seem daunting - but an experienced agent can smooth the process and show the buyer how home purchasing IS possible - whether one is a first-time buyer, someone who has encountered financial difficulty, or a buyer who wants to move up or downsize and needs to negotiate the process of selling while looking for a new home.
The market is changing, and just because inventory is tight and it has become more of a seller's market, there are still key points sellers need to observe when selling their home. An agent is necessary to negotiate the purchase contract, ensure the buyers are qualified and the seller is not exposed needlessly.
Hiring a real estate agent to represent the largest purchase you might ever make is not a luxury - it is a necessity!
