I am a native and current resident of Douglas County, Georgia. Growing up in the metro Atlanta area has awarded me the opportunity to learn and gain an extensive knowledge of the real estate properties with great value that provide endless possibilities for different locations, amenities, prices, and lifestyles at your fingertips. I have been a licensed agent and actively selling Real Estate full-time since October 1994. Throughout my career I have obtained three different designations of higher education in Real Estate which are as follows: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) which is geared for Realtors involved heavily in residential real estate, SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialists) which qualifies me to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 55+ and, lastly ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) a coveted benchmark designation that prepares me excellently in representing the needs of buyers specifically.

I have been in the Circle of Excellence Club since 1996 and earned the prestigious “Crystal Phoenix” award which dignifies Realtors who have achieved million-dollar plus sales for 20 consecutive years. Since 2013, I’ve been among the Top 10 realtors in Units Sold for Coldwell Banker in the Metro Atlanta area out of just under 1,000 realtors. Since 2015, I have ranked #2-4 realtor in Units Sold for Coldwell Banker. In 2018, I attained the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle which is presented to the Top 5% of Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. Personally, I love to entertain and cook for my friends and family. I have an adventurous nature and love to travel, especially to explore places I've never been before! My favorite past time is working in my flower garden while working on my tan!
