I moved to Atlanta in 1970 and entered real estate in 1972. The metro area was much smaller at that time and we were able to show properties in many areas and counties easily. Now computer technology and the Coldwell Banker website enable me to offer my clients – both buyers and sellers – the benefit of my experience in the many areas and neighborhoods of metro Atlanta. I have many repeat customers and offer my knowledge of Atlanta homes to other generations of the many families I have worked with over the years. I am comfortable with first home buyers, the corporate transferee family, the single buyers, the “move-up” buyers, and the retired persons making a life change.
